Japan Unemployment Rate Fell in January

Japan says the country’s unemployment rate fell to 4.9 percent in January.
The Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications said Tuesday the January jobless rate eased from 5.1 percent in December.
But the ministry said the number of jobless people in January rose by 460,000 from a year earlier to 3.23 million.
