This is just my little spiel about some of the "dangers" of cutting down your carbs too much. Obviously there are also more pressing issues regarding low-carb diets, because carbs are so vital to our regular bodily functions, but if I ranted about those, you'd probably be bored to tears.
Note I: How much carbs you should be eating varies from person to person, but at least half of the daily calories you take in should be from carbs. So for the average person who takes in 2,000 calories per day, he or she should consume about 250 grams of carbohydrates.
Note II: Sorry about all the cuts. I live right by an airport, so there's a lot of noise and I am easily distracted.
